At Cosmody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
